Commercial Transformation

Brimming with clever touches, an 1902 former wagon factory gets a modern makeover in the main lobby. The industrial essence is still very much present, yet floating tables, penny clad walls and vintage furnishings ensure a bright space for many to gather to appreciate the old structure but with modern conveniences.

Artisan Staircase

Local artisinal touches like this welded staircase makes even the most mundane architectural features a work of art.

Revolving Art gallery

All public areas of the building are treated as a revolving art gallery celebrating both local and global artists. There's not a corner to turn that doesn't surprise, delight or give thought to those walking through the space. Energy lives here.

Humble Details

Walls clad in humble pennies add that nostalgic touch of fun; giving the onlooker a chance to relate to it by searching out their own birthdate.
